Nigerian singer, Simisola Ogunleye popularly referred to as Simi, has advised the Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, to run for president.
Taking to her Twitter space on Friday, the 31-year-old singer made this known while replying a tweet by Mr Makinde who apologised for hosting a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) mega rally attended by hundreds of people in Ibadan earlier in the week amid the coronavirus outbreak.
“Please don’t change. Except for the better. Please run for president,” Simi tweeted.
