Hot off the release of his From Tha Streets 2 Tha Suites LP, Snoop Dogg pays homage to some of rap’s iconic album covers in his new video featuring J Black.
Directed by Dah Dah, Snoop rumbles through his vinyl collection and recreates the artwork for classic LPs including Ice Cube’s AmeriKKKa’s Most Wanted and Death Certificate, as well as Ice-T’s Power, Too $hort’s Life Is…Too Short, LL Cool J’s Radio, and King T’s Act A Fool.
Elsewhere, Tha Dogggfather channels Slick Rick in The Great Adventures Of Slick Rick, Big Daddy Kane for Long Live The Kane, KRS-One for Boogie Down Productions’ By Any Means Necessary, Rakim for Eric B. & Rakim’s Paid & Full, and the late Eazy E’s Eazy-Duz-It.
