Fetty Wap was recently caught up in federal charges, which saw him arrested at Rolling Loud in New York back in October. Six members of his crew were charged with drug distribution, dealing heroin and fentanyl between June 2019 and June 2020. The feds claim that Fetty was part of a criminal organization that trafficked at least 100 kilos of opioids, crack and cocaine from the West Coast — which was then sold in New Jersey and Long Island.
Wap posted $500,000 bond and has had to surrender his passport, submit to drug testing and GPS monitoring as conditions of his release.
They didn’t say anything against releasing music, because now here he is with a new record titled “First Day Out” to celebrate his release from prison.
